As no two jobs are the same, it is very difficult to provide an exact quote for the cost of repair, without seeing* the damage first.
Quotations are provided FREE and without obligation.
*This can be done in a number of ways:
1/ A visit to your home or place of work to view the vehicle.
3/ Sometimes it may be possible, depending on the nature of the damage and a thorough description by the customer, to provide a quote over the phone.
Our philosophy is to repair panels rather than replace. The equipment and techniques used are designed to complete small to medium (SMART) repairs, professionally, quickly and efficiently, at your home or place of work.
The prices we quote are to complete the job; we do not charge by the hour. The price we quote is fully inclusive and is the price you will pay. We do not currently need to charge you VAT so there is no additional 20% to pay!
The following is a list of the type of the repairs we can undertake:
Chips, Scuffs, Scratches, Paintwork and Dents
We only repair the damaged area which ensures costs are kept to a minimum. Our computerised paint matching system allows the paint to be carefully matched to the colour of your vehicle. Preparation is the key to an effective repair. The first stage of the process is to prepare the damaged area by sanding, applying filler where appropriate and primer, then levelling off to ensure any high spots are removed. The colour is then applied and dried before the application of several coats of lacquer, which are blended into the surrounding area. The lacquer is dried using infra red lamps which takes 12-15 minutes. Once the repaired area has cooled it is flattened and polished.
Only the damaged area of the bumper is repaired allowing our prices to be kept much lower than those typically charged by a bodyshop.
Mirror Casing Repairs
Bumpers and mirror casings that have cracked can usually be repaired by plastic welding. Once the crack has been repaired and prepared, primer, paint and lacquer are applied to restore it to its original finish.
Alloy Wheel Repair (minimum of 2 wheels)
Alloy wheel damage can really detract from the overall appearance of your vehicle. We can repair minor scuffs, scrapes, chips and other kerb damage to alloy wheels.. The damaged area is thoroughly cleaned before repairing, using sanding techniques and filler resin where appropriate. Once the surface has been thoroughly prepared, the paint is matched and applied with a hard wearing lacquer. We are unable to carry out repairs to machine polished / diamond cut wheel faces.
We will not compromise on quality and are proud to offer a lifetime* guarantee on all bodywork repairs, except those involving the treatment of corrosion and alloy wheel damage repairs (* Lifetime means for as long as you own the vehicle).
